Bachelor of Laws, graduate of La Salle University. Experience in the areas of regulation, foreign trade, supply, access, public policy, and government relations in the medical device industry at the national and Latin American levels. He has participated in the development and updating of national health regulations, serving on working groups and negotiating with national and international authorities on technical, foreign trade, and commercial and regulatory matters. He has served as the national representative of the medical device industry before COFEPRIS, the Ministry of Economy; the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and FARMACOPEA in the development of technical and commercial standards for the sector.

He has a strong academic background in Hospitality Management from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, supplemented by a Master’s degree in Institutional Food Services from CESSA University, a specialization in Anthropology and Ethics from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, and various courses such as: “Hotel Industry Analytics” by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the “Sentir y Comer” course at CESSA University, “The Habit of Well-being,” and the mentoring workshop for graduate students, both taught by the Universidad Panamericana. 

She has dedicated her career to the constant search for ways to generate a positive impact on the organizations where she has had the opportunity to work. Among the most

notable achievements of her career is her tenure as Head of the Dining Hall Office at the Bank of Mexico from 2015 to 2019, where she was responsible for leading a team of 65 people and coordinating dining services for more than 1,500 diners. In 2011, she actively participated in the launch of the Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management at the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, where she led the Academy of Gastronomy and Services. She has served as a tenured professor for the courses Culinary Techniques I and II, Menu Planning, and has taught various wellness sessions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, with certifications in Executive Management from IPADE, Digital Health from Harvard Business School, and Business Analytics from MIT. In 2001, he founded CentralMedia, one of the first digital agencies in Mexico focused on the healthcare industry. Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee at AVE (Alliance for Strategic Value). Instructor for educational programs at IAB and AMVO Mexico. Host of the radio show and podcast “Algoritmo Salud” on 88.9 Noticias. Creator of the first diploma program in digital marketing for the pharmaceutical industry at the Universidad Panamericana. Member of the LinkedIn Creator Mexico program, where he addresses topics in Digital Health. A pioneer in digital communication in the health sector, committed to innovation and continuing education in interactive marketing and communication.

Es Ingeniera Biomédica y Maestra en Ciencias en Ingeniería Biomédica por la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Iztapalapa. Es experta técnica en eldiseño y desarrollo de dispositivos médicos avalada por la entidad mexicanade la acreditación. Cuenta con 20 años de experiencia en la conducción depruebas clínicas y pre-clínicas; diseño de protocolos; ciencia de datos; creacióne implementación de sistemas de gestión de calidad para dispositivos médicosdesde fases tempranas y evaluación de tecnologías según su madurez tecnológica.Docente en el Diplomado de Farmacovigilancia y Tecnovigilancia de la Facultadde Química de la UNAM y del Diplomado de Diseño y Desarollo de DispositivosMédicos en el Colegio de Ingenieros Biomédicos de México.

Es un médico que trabaja con profesionales de tecnología de la salud para ayudarlos a hacer que la mejor tecnología para la atención al paciente esté disponible en toda América Latina. Ha sido testigo de los muchos beneficios y riesgos que conlleva la aplicación de la tecnología para resolver problemas de salud y se dedica a ayudar a otros a seguir las mejores prácticas disponibles y evitar los pasos en falso quepueden descarrilar sus problemas tecnológicos de salud. Ha tenido el privilegio de trabajar con empresas locales e internacionales en la mayoría de los países deAmérica Latina, ayudándolas a lograr resultados y establecer colaboracionesglobales-locales duraderas y eficientes. Es Médico Licenciado en la Ciudad de México y en 2023 terminó su Maestría en Tecnologías de la Información para la Salud.

En su trayectoria destaca su paso como Directora de Dispositivos Médicos en la Cámara Nacional de la Industria Farmacéutica (CANIFARMA), donde fue responsablede la publicación de la Norma 241 de Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación de Dispositivos Médicos y la Norma 240 Tecnovigilancia de Dispositivos Médicos.

Se incorporó a Novartis Farma como Director Regional para Centroamérica, Caribe, Ecuador, Colombia, Perú, Venezuela, Chile basado en Buenos Aires. Volvió a México como Vicepresidente de Mercadotecnia y Ventas para Novartis México y después fue convidado a Valeant donde asumió la Dirección General para México, Centroamérica, Caribe, Ecuador, Colombia, Perú y Venezuela. Es socio fundador de INNOVASALUD, único fondo especializado en temas de salud en LATAM. Ha sido miembro del Consejo de la Cámara Nacional de la Industria Farmacéutica, de la Asociación Mexicana de laboratorios de Investigación Farmacéutica del GrupoAmericano de Laboratorios Farmacéuticos; de la AMAI (Asociación Mexicana de Agencias de Investigación de Mercados y Opinión Pública), del ITESM, Campus Ciudad de México.
